This Privacy Statement & Cookie Policy applies to all personal information collected and used by the ERG entity responsible for the relevant part of this website. We respect your privacy and we protect your information in the following ways:

End Results Group complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy, the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland to the United States.  End Results Group has certified to the Department of Commerce that it adheres to the Data Privacy Framework Principles.  If there is any conflict between the terms in this privacy policy and the Data Privacy Framework Principles, the Data Privacy Framework Principles shall govern.  To learn more about the Data Privacy Framework program, and to view our certification, please visit https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Framework Principles, End Results Group commits to resolve complaints about our collection or use of your personal information.  European Union, United Kingdom or Swiss individuals with inquiries or complaints regarding our Data Privacy Framework policy should first contact End Results Group at admin@endresultsgrp.com.

End Results Group commits to cooperate with the panel established by the EU data protection authorities (DPAs), UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and the Swiss Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), as applicable with regard to unresolved Data Privacy Framework complaints concerning data transferred from the EU, United Kingdom and/or Switzerland to the United States.

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has jurisdiction over End Results Group’s compliance with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

In the context of an onward transfer End Results Group does not share any personal data with agent or non-agent third parties. Due to this practice, the Data Privacy Framework liability principle does not currently apply. If this practice should change in the future we will update this policy, identify the third parties and state our liability.

Collection of data, purpose and recipients

We only collect personal data when you explicitly provide it to us (e.g. name, address, city, zip code, phone number and e-mail address), through sending ERG an e-mail, as part of inquiries or requests or other situations in which you have chosen to provide personal information to us.

Your data shall be processed for the purposes of realization of any agreement, between you and ERG, fulfilling a request from you for specific information or advice, providing an optimal service and sending you information about our company and our (new) services, which suit your interest.
